Often delays, fast sell outs and shortage of stock is not seen as a good thing by consumers but fast fashion has some serious implications in a lot of ways to the world and people.
10% of the worlds carbon emissions are from fast fashion as well as 20% of the worlds water pollution, it is the most labour dependant industry on earth with some of the lowest paid people in offshore countries, as low as $3 a day and a lot of unseen human rights abuse.
The list of implications in the fast fashion arena is enormous and not often considered when buying fashion. Sometimes awareness can go a long way to help our considerations.
KoKo Adora is much more then your local matching family fashion brand. Behind the scenes we do what we can to ensure our slow fashion is sustainable and that we are ethically and socially responsible, whilst also maintaining affordable designer prices.
