All orders within Australia are received within 2 – 8 days and all international orders will take up to 4 – 10 working days. Australia transit times are below. Most metro Australian locations will receive there goods within 48-72 working hours. Get in contact with us if you order is urgent, we will upgrade to express shipping with Australia Post at no additional charge (service@kokoadora.com), if you have a special occasion or need to get your order even faster then our speedy shipping time, don’t stress – we are a message away!

Returns Policy
- Your happiness and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us! Items can be returned back to us for an exchange, store credit which is valid for 12 months or a full refund.
- Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained.
- If required, you will need to return your items within 14 days of receipt.
It is very important to us that you are totally satisfied with your order at KoKo Adora, you can always feel confident when buying from KoKo Adora as we value each and every one of our customers and your overall happiness is a top priority.
Process for returns:
- Send a message via our contact us form (or by simply emailing service@kokoadora.com) with the reason for return and your order number.
- We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and confirm course of action.
- We will confirm once goods have been received and issue you with a store credit, refund and/or immediately dispatch your new items upon receipt.
AfterPay Returns
If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will issue you with a store credit in full. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. We are unable to offer partial refunds/store credits. Faulty Items
All KoKo Adora items are quality inspected, hand made and hand packed so you can feel comfortable knowing it is highly unlikely that you will ever receive a faulty item. In the instance where you do, Send an email to service@kokoadora.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you within 24 hours. If you have received a faulty item, we offer you a choice of a full refund or a 110% store credit. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.
