Re-deliver to original address
We will arrange re-delivery to the original address on the parcel on the date that you advise. Please note, we only offer one attempt to re-deliver for free.
Re-deliver to new address
We are also able to re-deliver* your parcel to a new address, a re-direction fee will be charged for this service. Please note for security reasons you’re required to provide photo ID and the person the parcel is addressed to must be present to sign for the package. You’ll also be required to provide either your email or mobile phone contact details for us to verify your request.
* For re-delivery within a five kilometre radius of the original address.

- Items can be returned back to us for a store credit which is valid for 12 months.
- Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained
- You need to return your items within 14 days of receiving your items.
- You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
Process for returns:
- Send a message via contact us from below advising of the return with reason for return
- We will acknowledge receipt and confirm to send back
- We will confirm once goods received and issue you with a store credit which can either be sent to your inbox or in the mail (per your choice)
If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will issue you with a store credit in full. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. We are unable to offer partial refunds/store credits. All KoKo Adora items are quality inspected, hand made and hand packed so you can feel comfortable knowing it is highly unlikely that you will ever receive a faulty item. In the instance where you do, Send an email to email@example.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of a refund or 110% store credit. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.
