- Your happiness and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us! Items can be returned back to us for an exchange or for a store credit which is valid for 12 months.
- Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained
- You need to return your items within 14 days of receiving your items.

Process for returns:
- Send a message via our contact us form (or by simply emailing email@example.com) with the reason for return and your order number.
- We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and confirm course of action.
- We will confirm once goods have been received and issue you with a store credit and/or immediately dispatch your new items upon receipt.
If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will issue you with a store credit in full. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. We are unable to offer partial refunds/store credits. All KoKo Adora items are quality inspected, hand made and hand packed so you can feel comfortable knowing it is highly unlikely that you will ever receive a faulty item. In the instance where you do, Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you within 24 hours. If you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of a refund or 110% store credit. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.
